Purlins and girts are primary secondary structural members in metal building systems. They transfer roof and wall loads to the main frame and play a critical role in overall structural stability. As load-bearing elements, they are manufactured with strict dimensional accuracy and material compliance.
Purlins are thin-gauge, lightweight structural members primarily used as roof supports and secondary girders. They are available in multiple profile types, thickness ranges, and web heights to suit different spans, loads, and design requirements.
Girts are horizontal wall members that resist lateral wind loads and support external cladding systems. Manufactured from cold roll-formed steel, they ensure structural integrity, uniform load distribution, and ease of installation in metal building systems.
These are horizontal structural members of a roof. They support loads from the roof deck/sheathing and are commonly used in metal building systems. Being critical structural elements, they must be manufactured exactly to specification.

1. Our Technical department offers comprehensive advisory service on the Design and detailing of Purlins based on Shop drawings of the site
2. Purlins can be pre-punched in our factory. This makes construction on-site faster and easier.
3. Holes are made after production at a continuous line
4. For HR Purlins, Paint of Red Oxide Primer/Grey Primer will be applied as per request
5. Design & supply of Cleats/Sleeves/sag rods in addition to Purlins
