Mr. Prathap Raju is a Co-Founder and Wholetime Director of the Company, with over 30 years of overall experience in Production and Operations in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry. He has played a significant role in building and strengthening the Company’s operational capabilities over the years.
He oversees end- to – end operations across the Company’s manufacturing units, with a strong focus on operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement. He is responsible for managing production processes, optimizing performance, driving product development, and ensuring consistent achievement of production and quality targets. His hands-on leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in driving operational discipline and supporting the Company’s sustained growth.
